Who are the Paid Plans for?
We provide a scalable learning platform designed to meet the most diverse business scenarios, with various features depending on your needs. From NGOs to private companies and public entities: we offer our Lite, Pro, and Enterprise Plans to all types of organizations. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.
How do I decide if I need a Lite or a Pro Plan?
Including our Core Features, the Lite Plan is the perfect kickoff to instantly grow your learning community. The Pro Plan offers more customization options among additional features, such as our Management Dashboard, Advanced Learning Analytics, and Pro Support. These two plans are for organizations that need less than 1000 users.
How do I decide if I need an Enterprise Plan?
With scalable options, advanced Support, and a dedicated Client Success Manager to help you get the most out of your learning experience, the Enterprise Plan is the best fit for your business if you need more than 1000 users.
Who is eligible for a Free Plan?
You may be eligible for a Free Plan if you are a K12 School or a University. In addition to the Core Features, K12 can benefit from our Management Dashboard. Still, if you aim to deliver even more student-tailored learning experiences, you can upgrade to a Pro Plan with our 20% Educational Discount. Drop us a line at sales@weschool.com to know more.
Can I get a Demo?
Sure! To take a closer look, please contact sales@weschool.com: one of our specialists will set up a call to guide you through all the features of the WeSchool platform, showing how you can boost learning outcomes and learners’ retention in the blink of an eye. How can I renew or change my contract?
You can always change or renew your contract, but terms and conditions will apply depending on your specific plan. For any updates to your existing contract, please contact us at sales@weschool.com.
What do I need to use WeSchool?
Our LMS platform is ready to use: no waiting for activation. Simply register for free and get exploring! After the 14 days are over, you can select your plan within the platform. Once set up, you’ll be able to access our platform through a browser and through our app from your favorite online store.
Do WeSchool plans include a free trial period?
Yes, we offer all of our users a 14-day free trial period, no strings attached. If you prefer, you can always drop us a line at sales@weschool.com to get a free demo with our team of specialists.
Is the price calculated based on the exact number of users?
No, you don’t need to know the exact number in advance: just select the tier that you think works best for your needs and we’ll get to your request with a dedicated quote. The number of users from your organization sohuld include both tutors and learners.
Does the cost include customer support?
With all our plans, you can access our Help Center, where you will find our ready-made tutorials. You can always email us at support@weschool.com: our team solves 8/10 requests within 24 hours. With the Pro and Enterprise Plan, you’ll get faster and more personalised support.
I'm a learner, do I have to pay to access the platform?
No, you don’t. Learners who are invited to join WeSchool by an organization are already covered.
Will there be extra costs?
No. There will be no extra fees. We don't like hidden costs and asterisks: you'll pay only the price we'll indicate in your final quote while always being able to access the latest version of the platform.
I'm not in the EU. Can I pay with my local currency?
You can pay in €. Taxes may vary depending on your country, please contact sales@weschool.com to know more.
Are WeSchool accesses nominal?
No, they are not. If a member of your organization leaves, you can reassign their spot to a new user without extra costs. However, be aware that reselling accesses is strictly prohibited. See our terms and conditions to know more or drop a line to sales@weschool.com.
Can I customize the platform?
Of course, you can. With the Pro and the Enterprise plans, you can make the platform your own by customizing different parts of the layout with your organization's colors and logo.
Is WeSchool available in my language?
Currently, WeSchool is available in English, French, Italian, and Spanish. We're already working on translating it into more languages, but if you have specific needs, please email sales@weschool.com.
What are the Core Features?
The Core Features included in our Free and Lite plans are the essential toolkit we offer to kickstart your learning experience. They include:

In addition to the Core Features included in the Free Plan, K12 can benefit from our Management Dashboard.
What are the Pro Features?
In addition to the Core Features, the Pro Plan includes features that can help you make the platform your own and lead a data-driven learning experience, namely:
  1. 1. The Management Dashboard: Our tool to track access, measure content interactions, and monitor test results.
  2. 2. The Whiteboard with video: Add our integrated conference tool to our collaborative Whiteboard.
  3. 3. The customization of all colors and logos of the platform.
  4. 4. Advanced Learning Analytics: A detailed monthly report to check all your learning KPIs and monitor your learners’ daily activities. 
  5. 5. Pro Support: Everything that comes with Basic Support but faster and more personalized.
